Learning Theory

Here some basic theory on how adults learn is introduced. One of the new skills that all professionals will need to learn is "learning to learn". This might seem odd in that we have all had to pass a number of exams to become doctors, but the strategies that we have used in the past may not be the most useful for our professional development in the future!
